How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

I have mentored nearly a dozen other staff in obtaining Fellowship of the HEA as well as offered feedback and advice to a few who have successfully obtained Senior Fellowship. I'm known for my digital skills and interest and deploying these to help gather feedback as well as support other staff to accomplish new assessment methods and experiences for students.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

Current interests are digital skills, communities and support of practical experiences.
