How have you have supported others to develop their practice?
As a module leader of a short intensive pre-sessional course in the summer, I support a medium-sized team of tutors with varying levels of teaching to adapt and deliver the content to meet the needs of their international students. I also share inclusive teaching and assessment practices with colleagues in the School of Sociology and Social Policy, where I am seconded to lead their in-sessional development of students' academic language and literacy practices. In both of these communities, this support has included adapting to online delivery and the use of digital teaching tools such as collaborative learning spaces on Padlet and Teams.
