How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

I have been a School Academic Lead for Inclusive Pedagogies for several years. In this role I have developed guidance and delivered workshops on a variety of areas such as digital accessibility, disability and reasonable adjustments, content notes and challenging seminar discussions, and inclusive marking and feedback. I am currently also the Faculty Decolonising Academic Lead and working on projects around decolonising student education and research.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

I have a particular interest in inclusive and decolonial pedagogies as well as teaching ethics to non-philosophers.
