How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

I provide mentorship in teaching and time management to colleagues in LUBS, including informal arrangements, performance management, and on the teaching qualification. I make recorded and live lectures available for PhD teacher shadowing. I act as a mentor and reviewer for PRiSE.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

I'm currently a module leader and teacher, personal tutor and dissertation supervisor. I'm also a discovery theme leader, which will expire in July 2021. I mentor for the PRiSE scheme and internally for colleagues in LUBS.
