How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

Through various roles including:

• mentoring, supporting mentees with aspects including promotion, professional recognition with Advance HE, developing academic profiles,
• building networks, and routes to doctoral studies;
• leading the development of an institutional-wide Research Mentoring Framework;
• involvement in the development, and evaluation, of new institutional strategic values;
• Course and Module Leadership, peer-observation and review, and team-teaching; and
• an institutional role as an Inclusivity Champion.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

Exploring staff/student navigations of the changing learning spaces presented by the pandemic; professional identity, values, and the roles of former/current practitioners within higher education; developing student success and belonging; inclusive pedagogies
