How have you have supported others to develop their practice?
- I have supported others through formal (and informal) coaching and mentoring (such as the PRiSE and LITE schemes);
- through line management and academic oversight in my leadership roles as Programme Leader, DSE and (latterly) as Head of Department.
- I have supported colleagues to develop promotion applications on the student education pathway at Grades 8 and 9.
What are your current student education interests/new developments?
My scholarship involves the integration of my experience in programme development, my domain expertise in statistical analysis and my leadership roles in Student Education.
In particular, I am interested in:
- statistical analysis and robust evaluation of scholarship in student education;
- the triangulation and analysis of student survey data;
- the development of CPD programmes and executive education; and
- internationalisation and innovative approaches to expansion of professionally regulated degree programmes.
