How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

The crux of reverse mentoring is about supporting others to develop their practice. My work in this space has supported senior leaders in the University, APT Leads, academic and professional services staff to improve their practice when working with students and colleagues.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

My main area of research is around reverse mentoring and its role in developing inclusive and healthy cultures within higher education and beyond, including the legal sector. My work is also closely aligned with the development institutionally of academic personal tutoring and more authentic and meaningful staff/student relationships.
