How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

I am strongly engaged in the doctoral education community and have supported others through informal mentoring, formal workshops and the development of a community of practice at my previous institution.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

I gained SFHEA status through my leadership in doctoral education. I was responsible for the design and delivery of a professional doctorate (DBA) as well as a PhD programme at my previous institutions and developed a strong interest in this area. I have been chairing the EFMD Doctoral Programmes Conference in 2019 and 2021 and currently responsible to develop another professional doctorate for our school.
