How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

Across several years and through a range of roles I have worked with colleagues both new to teaching and more experienced colleagues to support and review planned delivery, develop shared ethos through teamwork in assessment, and discussion of future developments. Acting as a referee for HEA Fellowships applications has been a valuable experience offering an opportunity to support colleagues in their ambitions as teachers. Working in leadership roles that are focused on assessment I continue to explore closer integration of learning through assessment.

• Aesthetic Education & Arts Ethics and Arts Practice Designing
• Assessing Learning Student engagement in the design of learning and assessment.
