How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

I was a founding member of TALENT in EPS and continue to play an active role in this network. I am one of the faculty champions/mentors of the University Teaching Awards. I have organised staff development and training events for staff in Leeds and SWJTU who will work at the SWJTU-Leeds Joint School.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

I am interested in the implications of English Medium Instruction (EMI) and the Transnational Education (TNE) context for pedagogy and professional practice.
