How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

My day-to-day role is to lead and support colleagues in my school in blended/hybrid learning and digital pedagogy, I also act as a mentor in various schemes including the university teaching awards.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

Critical digital pedagogy broadly understood as using technology to empowering students and enhancing their sense of agency. I have a particular interest in inclusive practice and accessibility, flipped and seamless pedagogies, learning analytics, digital literacy, and evaluation of teaching and learning.
