How have you have supported others to develop their practice?
I am a PRiSE and university scheme mentor, and regularly support PhD students in obtaining experience of shadowing university teaching.
What are your current student education interests/new developments?
My current student interests include:
- how we support under-represented students;
- how social class impacts sense of belonging and career trajectories; and
- how we can use Listening Rooms as a method for exploring success.
- I also have a specialist interest in academic personal tutoring and career coaching.
