How have you have supported others to develop their practice?

I work closely with my colleagues to help them with their projects, and work on curriculum redesign projects. I wrote the T&S profile for POLIS and have led on Curriculum Redefined.

What are your current student education interests/new developments?

I am the DSE in POLIS overseeing Curriculum Redefined and will become the next Social Sciences Pro-Dean in August. My interests are curriculum redesign, belonging, equality and widening participation.
